Max graduated from Babson College with a degree in Entrepreneurship. He is a true entrepreneur whose global vision and passion for future-proof payment solutions has inspired him to build a company that provides the most advanced and secured payment systems to merchants. The constant changes in technology in the industry drive Max to always learn and integrate the best and most appropriate payment solutions to keep the company’s clients on top of their game. As the founder and CEO of Paybotic, Max is responsible for the ongoing strategic and economic growth of the company.

Jacob currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Paybotic Financial and Paybotic, spearheading innovative payment solutions in the cannabis industry. He also holds the position of Managing Partner at Millers Insurance Group, a full-service agency specializing in insurance solutions for the cannabis and hemp sectors. Previously, Jacob was a management consultant at KPMG in their financial services practice, where he advised top global banks, financial services companies and government entities on payment networks architecture, business process automation, and enterprise software assessments and implementations.

Jacob graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he earned a degree in Communication of Science and Technology, focusing on scientific computing and corporate strategy.

Danielle Harden is the Chief Compliance Officer, leading the Paybotic Financial compliance team, and is responsible for the development, and growth of the company’s Compliance Management System. As an experienced Compliance and Risk Management Professional with over 20 years of a demonstrated history of governance, risk, and compliance leadership in the financial services industry, at companies ranging from one of the largest banks in the world, to midsized regional institutions, Danielle is known for her wide breadth of knowledge in consumer banking, specifically focusing on regulation, exam management, and risk assessment.

Brad Jawahir is the VP of Finance, leading Paybotic’s finance team, and is responsible for anything finance related at the company.  Brad brings 15+ years of finance experience from various companies such as Office Depot, Tyco, ADT and National Dentex where he held various leadership roles.  Brad is known for his background in turn around management and cost reduction management.  Additionally, he has vast experience in FP&A, budget management and financial automation.
