Eveline Dang is a visionary entrepreneur and accomplished business leader who has made significant contributions to the payments and cannabis industries. Under Eveline’s leadership, Paybotic has achieved extraordinary success in a highly-regulated and rapidly-evolving industry. The company has pioneered secure cannabis payment processing and currently serves 2,000+ retail dispensaries across the United States. Her innovative approach to marketing and sales has positioned Paybotic as a leader in the cannabis industry, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of this market. In 2022, Eveline was recognized for the Enterprising Women of the Year Award 2022 in the category of “Businesses with more than $25 million to $100 million in annual revenues”.

Max graduated from Babson College with a degree in Entrepreneurship. He is a true entrepreneur whose global vision and passion for future-proof payment solutions has inspired him to build a company that provides the most advanced and secured payment systems to merchants. The constant changes in technology in the industry drive Max to always learn and integrate the best and most appropriate payment solutions to keep the company’s clients on top of their game. As the founder and CEO of Paybotic, Max is responsible for the ongoing strategic and economic growth of the company.

Danielle Harden is the Chief Compliance Officer, leading the Paybotic Financial compliance team, and is responsible for the development, and growth of the company’s Compliance Management System. As an experienced Compliance and Risk Management Professional with over 20 years of a demonstrated history of governance, risk, and compliance leadership in the financial services industry, at companies ranging from one of the largest banks in the world, to midsized regional institutions, Danielle is known for her wide breadth of knowledge in consumer banking, specifically focusing on regulation, exam management, and risk assessment.
